An exploration into connecting as a woman to nature and our wild selves.
This event has been created for women who are seeking more connection to the land. We gather together to return to our deep listening sense, to feel the land and to share our own journey of connection.
How do we connect to our own wild nature, to become caretakers of the land once more? A collective journey into the ways we connect to the natural world and our innate wild selves as a woman.
The event includes:
MEDITATION ~ slowing down, turning our gaze inward and feeling connection to the land
STORY and spoken word ~ Inspiring sharing of the felt experience of connection to the natural world by Karla. She will also share her experience of listening to indigenous story and how this has changed her relationship with nature.
The COLLECTIVE STORY ~ enquiry as a group into the ways we connect to the land and sharing personal stories of connection. We also explore the ways we as women can become caretakers and a voice for the land.
~A womens only space~
This event is open to all women, with the option of donation.
I hope for this to become a seasonal gathering
This is a space for women to enquire into their connection to country
It is my intention to also have this as a hub to find out what indigenous offerings are happening around Melbourne and Victoria to support and learn from the first peoples of this land.
